This includes making sure that all relevant information is present, including abbreviations, street names, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable). All of these details are critical for ensuring safe delivery.

We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered items if the address information provided to us is incorrect at the time of purchase.

We will only send reshipments for orders with incorrect addresses if the original shipment is marked returned-to-sender and sent back to our facility.
